Pool & Spa

The centerpiece of the wellness experience is our indoor swimming pool with its nordic feel, incorporated lap pool, and year-round comfort. A heated hydrotherapy spa tub complements the welcoming, contemporary space where guests can relieve tension with a gentle water massage. Pool showers and changing rooms are conveniently located in the pool lobby.

Fitness

The fitness studio is equipped with strength, endurance, and cardio machines, along with accessible exercise equipment and yoga mats with instructional DVDs to guide your workout. Lockers, showers, and change rooms are conveniently located in the pool lobby.

Our Strength & Serenity Program

Elevate your wellness experience with private strength and conditioning sessions tailored to your goals. Designed to build lean muscle, enhance functional performance and support cardiovascular health, each 60-minute session blends evidence-based resistance training with high-intensity intervals. Available Monday–Friday at 7:30 a.m. and Saturdays at 7:30, 8:30, or 9:30 a.m.

Massage & Treatments

Book a massage during your next visit with a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in our private treatment room, or from the comfort of your own room. Unwind from a long week at work with 45, 60, and 90 minute options.
For aesthetic treatments, such as manicures, pedicures, waxing, etc. we can arrange for treatments through local aestheticians that we trust, and are also happy to provide recommendations in and around Stratford for offsite services.
Please note: above mentioned services are only available for overnight hotel guests.
