# Cooking Classes

Join Chef Nick Benninger and the Bruce Hotel culinary team for an exclusive hands-on cooking class. Learn professional techniques, work with seasonal ingredients, and prepare a delicious menu in our state-of-the-art kitchen. The experience begins with coffee and tea, followed by guided cooking lessons and a lunch featuring your creations. Leave with new skills, recipes, and inspiration to recreate the experience at home. All you need to bring is enthusiasm, your appetite and some comfortable shoes! Bon Appetit!
